Welcome to Waslx! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Waslx application or website.


1. Introduction

  • Waslx is a delivery platform that connects customers with restaurants, pharmacies, and stores for ordering food, medicine, and other products.
  • By registering or using Waslx, you accept these terms and agree to abide by them.

2. User Eligibility & Registration

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to place an order on Waslx.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
  • Waslx is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to wrong addresses or inaccurate contact details provided by users.

3. Orders & Deliveries

3.1 Order Process

  • Orders are confirmed once placed through the app.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if the vendor has already started preparing it.
  • Orders that require special handling (e.g., medicine) may need verification from the user.

3.2 Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location, vendor preparation time, and traffic conditions.
  • Customers must be available at the specified delivery address when the order arrives.

3.3 Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • Waslx is NOT responsible for any spoiled, damaged, or incorrect food items.
  • The quality, freshness, and packaging of food and products are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
  • If an item is missing or incorrect, users must contact customer support within 30 minutes of delivery.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Payment Methods

  • We accept cash on delivery only.

4.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect or missing items → Partial refund or redelivery.
  2. Severe delay (more than 2 hours) → Partial refund.

No Refunds for:

  • Spoiled or bad-tasting food (Vendor’s responsibility).
  • Personal preference issues (e.g., "I didn’t like the food").
  • Late orders under 60 minutes delay.
  • Orders that have already been delivered and accepted by the customer.

5. User Conduct & Responsibilities

  • Users must not abuse or threaten delivery personnel, vendors, or customer support staff.
  • Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or fake orders will result in account suspension or legal action.
  • Misuse of promotional offers (e.g., creating multiple accounts to claim free deliveries) may lead to permanent account deactivation.

6. Delivery & Liability

  • Delivery agents are independent freelancers, not direct employees of Waslx.
  • Waslx is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors such as bad weather, traffic, or unexpected circumstances.
  • If a customer is unavailable for delivery, the order may be canceled without a refund.

7. Vendor & Partner Terms

  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring high-quality and hygienic products.
  • Waslx has the right to remove any vendor that violates food safety regulations or customer satisfaction standards.
  • Prices displayed on the Waslx app must match in-store prices at the vendor’s location.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer data is secured and protected from unauthorized access.
  • Personal details (such as name, phone number, and address) are only shared with vendors and delivery agents for order fulfillment.
  • Waslx does not sell or rent user data to third parties.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Waslx reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account for violations of these terms.
  • Fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or repeated disputes may lead to permanent removal from the platform.
